Hallo,
für ein Projekt an dem ich zur Zeit arbeite muss ein Log-File mit diversen Informationen über das System erstellt werden - inklusive BIOS Informationen. Ich hab daher ein kleines Programm geschrieben, dass einen Großteil der verfügbaren Informationen aus den SMBios Tables ausgibt (es gibt noch mehr Tabellen, aber alles wäre der absolute overkill).
Meine Bitte an euch - könntet ihr das angehängte Programm bei euch testen ob es funktioniert und ob die Ausgabe korrekt ist (soweit ihr sie verifizieren könnt)? Am besten wäre es wenn ihr die Ausgabe als Textfile anhängen könntet.

PS: Ich weiß, die Sparte passt nicht 100%ig, aber das Ganze ist recht kurzfristig da die Deadline für das Projekt ziemlich knapp ist und ich hoffe, dass im Off-Topic die meisten Leute vorbeischauen. Seid also bitte gnädig..!
PPS: Einige interessiert es vielleicht auch wie man diese ganzen BIOS-Daten auslesen kann. Da ich den Code dafür im Rahmen des Projekts geschrieben habe "gehört" der Code aber eigentlich nicht mir sondern meinem Arbeitgeber. Ich werd aber mal abklären ob ich ihn veröffentlichen darf (sofern überhaupt Interesse besteht).

Ich habe es gerade auf 3 meiner PCs getestet, bei zweien sah alles ok aus, beim dritten ist auch nix direkt falsch, aber der Hersteller hat da teilweise nicht viel eingetragen (SiSoftware Sandra zeigt an manchen Stellen "to be filled by O.E.M." als Zeichenkette für Einträge an^^).
Außerdem steht im Log ein zweiter Prozessor drin mit dem Status "CPU Disabled by User via BIOS Setup". Was ist das? Das ist kein MP board, zudem steht als Prozessor dort auch der einzige vorhandene drin.
Da dieses Log vielleicht etwas anders ist als die anderen stelle ich dieses mal rein, die anderen würden glaube ich nicht viel bringen, da sie eben ganz normal aussehen. @jaenicke: kann es sein, dass dein Prozessor ein Dual-Core Prozessor ist? Meines Wissens nach werden teilweise DualCore-Prozessoren (bei denen Werkseitig ein Core deaktiviert wird) als SingleCore Prozessoren verkauft.

Da habe ich keine Ahnung. Aber einen 3700+ X2 gibt es ja nicht, es könnte aber natürlich sein, dass der 3700+ ein 3800+ X2 mit einem deaktivierten Kern ist.
Zumindest weißt du jedenfalls jetzt, dass solche Fälle auch auftreten können, wenn du die Informationen in deinem Projekt verarbeitest.
