Also, da meine Componenten Palette im Delphi nicht mehr ging, hab ichs neu installiert, nun sind aber irgendwie die 2 Componenten TClientSocket und TServersocket weg, die hatte ich mal irgendwie installiert, kann mir da kurz einer sagen wie das nochma ging und woher ich die bekomme?

Komponente --> Packages installieren --> dann im Delphi-Verzeichnis --> Lib --> dlsockets.bpl oder so ähnlich installieren. Dann in der Registerkarte 'Internet'.

Also, ich geh ins Delphi Verzeichnis unter Lib und da hats keine dlsockets.bpl datei bzw. überhaupt keine bpl dateien?

Ich glaube nicht, dass Indy noch mit Delphi 3 zusammen funktioniert.
Das etwas aktuellere Delphi 7 (Personal) bekommst du hier.

Bei einer Personal Edition ist die Datei nicht da und somit hast du auch keine Berechtigung, sie herunterzuladen oder auf eine andere Weise zu bekommen. Allerdings wirst du bei der D7 PE die Datei ScktComp.dcu unter ...\Lib finden! - Binde diese in dein Projekt ein und du kannst TServerSocket und TClientSocket nutzen. (und dann musst du eben die Komponenten zu Laufzeit erstellen)
naja ein Tutorial was mir dabei sehr geholfen hat gibts unter dsdt.info (das WinSocket Tutorial)
