Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Digital Transformation

Location: Frankfurt a. M.

Your field of action

• As Senior Consultant for Digital Transformation you support and advise the management of our diverse SME customers on strategic, organizational and technological issues relating to diITtalization and business transformation.
• You analyze and evaluate (strategically and economically) corporate and business field strategies, business models, organizational models as well as system architectures and solutions.
• You develop and support the implementation of digitization and transformation strategies and solutions.
• You analyze, develop and optimize organizational structures, processes and systems in terms of process reengineering and CIP.
• You lead and manage digitization and technology projects and project teams at the customer site or virtually.
• You develop existing customers and relevant digitization topics and acquire new customers.

What distinguishes you

• You have 5-10 years of professional experience in the industry/trade sector or at a renowned consulting firm.
• You bring experience in managing and executing national and/or international digitalization or transformation projects.
• You have very good knowledge in strategy development and a holistic understanding of business processes, especially in marketing and sales (customer centricity, e-commerce, CRM, PIM).
• You have experience in business model development/digitization of business models or business units
• You bring a holistic understanding of modern IT architectures, especially the interaction between ERP and frontline systems.
• You have experience in leading teams and managing projects and can develop this further through your entrepreneurial skills and holistic thinking.
• You work independently, are a strong communicator and convince through your own initiative.
• You are flexible and have the necessary willingness to travel.
• You have very good German and English skills.
