How to make parts of a text bold?

Hi again!
I am making a little chat program, but i would like to know how to make one part of the text in a listbox to be bold!

Like this:
Stian says: dgjdlfjgldjfgldf

Well, if you cannnot use a RichEdit, all you can do is draw the items yourself. But even than you will have a problem formating the same string in two different ways.
