Hallo,

ich habe mit "Delphi 6 Enterprise" (Hat zum Glück die Firma bezahlt) ein Programm geschrieben welches über eine ADO-Connection und den "OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers" auf eine bereits bestehende DBase-Datenbank zugreift.

Auf meinem Rechner läuft auch alles ganz toll, aber ich kriege es auf keinem Client zum laufen.

Nun habe ich gelesen, daß ich auf jedem Client einen ADO + DMS-Treiber installieren muß. Das würde ich ja auch gerne machen, weiß aber nicht woher ich die Treiber kriege!

Kann mir jemand helfen?

P.S. Habe auf einem Client mal den "MDAC 2.7 rtm" installiert, hat aber leider nichts geändert!

Soll also heißen, daß es bei mir hoffungslos ist? (Win2k + MDAC2.7) und geht trotzdem nicht.

Kann ich ja ehrlich gesagt nicht glauben. Gibt es diese speziellen Treiber nicht einzeln, bzw. kanns noch an etwas anderem liegen? Gibt's vielleicht einen walkthrough?

eventuell spielst Du das SP 3 für W2K ein oder Du installiert Jet40SP3_Comp.exe.

Ich habe Jet 4.0 eingespielt und jetzt geht es wirklich!
