ich stehe vor dem problem, das ich die programmbefehle über eine socket-verbindung an einen anderen rechner sende. da ich die befehle als strings sende, muss ich diese strings als befehle ausführen.
beispiel: von rechner1 wird der befehl showmessage('Hallo'); gesendet. rechner2 empfängt den befehl und soll ihn nun ausführen. kann man also einen string in einen befehl "umwandeln"? wenn ja, wie?

Nein, du hast nur zwei andere Möglichkeiten:
a) Von Hand parsen, also im Prinzip einen Interpreter bauen
b) Mit dcc32 compilieren, aber das ist hier etwas unpassend.

b) sollten wir ganz schnell vergessen wenn du das Programm weitergeben möchtest.
Da es dir aber scheinbar auch an Grundlagen über Socket-Programmierung fehlt, solltest du vielleicht erstmal 'klein' anfangen und bei user profile iconNarses www.delphi-library.d...4&highlight=chat
Netzwerk-Tutorials reinschauen. Da werden deine Fragen beantwortet. Ansonsten im Forum nach Rechner fernsteuern suchen ...

weil du genau das machst mit dem showmessagebefehl. bim tutorial steuerst du ja auch nicht direkt den anderen PC fern sondern einen Client der den PC steuert. Tausche nun steuerung gegen messageboxen und du hast den gewünschten effekt. ;-)
