How comes, that the indy server demos dont run on my machine? I use WinXP with delphi 7 enterprise edition.
I download it, unpack it, run it and the client keeps crashing..
connection established..
Welcome message from Server...
crash (100% CPU Usage)..

the program keeps on recieving messages from the server, so when i send some text to the client, it unfreezes, puts it out and freezes again..

Any help appreciated! Thx alot!

Try to put a Indy Anti-Freeze Control on the Form, then it won't crash like you said.
But the problem, that it crashes if you move the form, still occurs;
You can use the SimpleNetwork-Components, they won't do anything of the above
