Und außerdem nutzt es alleine nix, wenn nur die Unit IdHttp in der uses steht und oben die Variable IdHttp1: TIdHttp deklariert ist. Entweder legst du die Komponente TIdHttp aus der Komponentenpalette auf das Formular, dann passiert das auch automatisch, oder du musst die Komponente zur Laufzeit zusätzlich selbst erstellen.

Ja, wenn es sich nicht um Turbo Delphi Explorer handelt (wo die Installation in die Komponentenpalette ja nicht möglich ist), dann müsstest du in der Komponentenpalette unterhalb der mitgelieferten Komponenten auch die Indy-Komponenten finden.

In der Komponentenpalette findest du unter anderem die mitgelieferten Komponenten von Delphi, also TMemo, TButton, etc.
Die stehen unter Standard, und weiter unten in der Liste stehen auch die Indy-Komponenten. Aber wie gesagt nur, wenn es nicht Turbo Delphi Explorer ist und Indy korrekt installiert ist.

also dort in der liste hab ich nix gefunden, nach dem istallieren mit dem auto installer hab ich nen ordner auffer festplatte namens:
D:\Programme\Indy 10 for Visual Studio .NET 2003

Wenn es die kostenlose Version ist, dann ist es Turbo Delphi Explorer, und dann kann man dort Indy nicht einfach installieren. Das ist ja genau die Einschränkung dieser Version.

In diesem Fall musst du in den Optionen den Pfad zu den Indy-Quelltextdateien auf der Platte angeben, die Unit IdHttp zur uses hinzufügen und die Komponente manuell zur Laufzeit erzeugen. Das geht unter Tools --> Optionen --> Delphi Optionen --> Bibliothek - Win32 --> Bibliothekspfad, wobei ich die Bezeichnungen selbst übersetzt habe, die müssten so ähnlich heißen, ich benutze selbstverständlich keine deutsche IDE.

Eigentlich müsste Indy aber bei Turbo Delphi Explorer dabei sein dachte ich, dann musst du den Pfad nicht extra angeben und auch nix installieren, sondern nur in die uses schreiben und die Komponente erzeugen.

Die angegebene Versionsbezeichnung ist soweit ich das sehe eine illegale Raubkopie von Delphi...

In der einige Teile absichtlich entfernt wurden, eventuell fehlt deshalb auch Indy...
Nimm einfach das kostenlose Turbo Delphi Explorer, sonst musst du mit rechtlichen Konsequenzen rechnen, wenn du Raubkopien von Delphi benutzt.

Und dann sollte es auch reichen, wenn du einfach IdHttp in die uses schreibst und den in meinem vorherigen Beitrag geposteten Code dir anschaust.

Dann würde mich interessieren woher du dein Delphi hast. Unter der von dir genannten Bezeichnung habe ich nur Seiten mit einer abgespeckten raubkopierten Version von Delphi gefunden...
(die ich hier nicht verlinken möchte...)

Dann hat dich dein "kumpel" besch***, es gibt eine solche Version nicht zu kaufen, sondern nur als illegalen Download. (Jedenfalls habe ich nichts anderes gefunden.)
