Job Responsibilities:

Creating IT architecture solutions, Web and Java applications
• Creating complex architecture solutions for innovative Web- and Java-based software projects
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and translate business needs into detailed requirement specifications
• Creating high-level architectural specifications, ensuring functionality and integration with existing systems/platforms
• Determining and ensuring operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
• Consulting, building and supporting architectural design decisions
• Developing standards for controlling and maintenance of existing systems as well as providing continous architecture optimization
• Triggering and driving analysis and project-related documentation


Requirements:

Degree in computer science or similar specialization, Web/Java architect
• University‘s degree in computer science or similar specialization
• At least 3 years of practical experience as Software Developer and relevant work experience as (Web/Java) Software Architect
• Strong background in object oriented programming as well as a good knowledge of Java and Python
• Programming skills in Javascript, C ++ and/or C # strongly preferred
• Profound knowledge of best practices and design patterns
• Experience in Agile development is a plus
• Self-reliant, solution-oriented way of working along with outstanding team and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Fluent in English, German language skills are beneficial
